A confident self-motivated leader with a high level of professional experience with over 35 years in the social care sector, Jane is an advocate and is trained in ‘Heart Leadership'.
Large parts of Jane’s career were spent within the NHS and Social Services learning about the core challenges of ‘frontline’ engagement with the wider public and the effort of many good people to make a real difference to the lives of others. 
Jane believes in valuing people and if you treat people like they make a difference, then they will!

Victor Drage

Victor has over 20 years of experience working in care. His skills and knowledge are mainly around mental health and learning disabilities, where he spent over 15 years.
Victor is very passionate about the people he supports, and his drive has been to grow and make a difference for the past two decades.

Hannah Castle
Bio
Hannah joined WBH in March 2022, became a Registered Manager, and in December 2022 became the Operations Manager.
 Hannah is a dedicated, motivated and enthusiastic individual, who started working in the care sector at 18.
She takes pride in her continued professional development, most recently in the form of gaining a distinction in her Level 5 Diploma in Operational Leadership and Management.

Katie Muddeman

Katie has over 15 years’ experience in care, working in residential settings with people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and dementia.

Katie has a teaching qualification which enables her to support staff to learn and grow in their roles within the care sector and to build confidence.
Her work with the senior leadership team ensures quality and compliance across all four services at William Blake House.

Amanda Pryer

Amanda started life at WBH as a Support Worker, before progressing to Team Leader, and is now Home Manager.
She has worked in the care sector for over 25 years, gaining skills and knowledge, as well as very fond memories enabling others to gain independence. She looks forward to the future of WBH and continued growth and success as a community.
